Descripción del producto

Description
This product is a complex enzyme formulation composed of multiple esterases, dispersants, stabilizers, and penetrants in specific ratios. It is suitable for paper mills utilizing secondary fiber pulp as raw material. The mechanism primarily involves bio-enzymatic hydrolysis of ester-based stickies, resulting in reduced viscosity and polymerization, thereby minimizing their impact on the production process. Additionally, through synergistic effects with other additives, it achieves effective removal of sticky deposits.

Mechanism of action

Most sticky deposits contain abundant ester bonds that serve as critical linkages holding their structural framework together. Esterase enzymes specifically target and cleave these bonds, effectively reducing material viscosity and preventing repolymerization within the system. This mechanism achieves the triple objective of degradation, anti-agglomeration, and anti-deposition.
